About Kegel Trainers

Last updated November 8, 2026

Who we are

Kegel Trainers is an independent guide to kegel trainers and other pelvic floor training devices. We help people work out which kind of trainer, if any, suits them, and what each one actually does. The site is not run by any device maker, retailer or clinic.

What we publish

We publish buying guides, head-to-head comparisons and plain-language explainers on pelvic floor training. Every recommendation says who the device suits and what its drawbacks are, so you can judge whether it fits you.

How we compare devices

Our comparisons rest on three kinds of source:

  • Makers' published details: specifications, prices, app requirements, warranties and return policies from each official store.
  • Regulatory records: where we say a device is FDA-cleared, we give its 510(k) number so you can look it up in the FDA's own database.
  • Clinical research and guidance: systematic reviews such as those from Cochrane, and guidelines from bodies such as NICE and the NHS.

Every product shows the date its details were last checked. Prices and specs change, so the maker's own page is the final word before you buy.

We do not claim to have tested every device we list. Where we have not used a product ourselves, the recommendation rests on its published specifications, its regulatory status and the research on that type of training.

Not medical advice

We are not doctors or physiotherapists, and nothing on this site is a diagnosis or treatment plan. Read our medical disclaimer, and talk to a clinician before you start, especially if you are pregnant, have recently given birth or had surgery, have pelvic pain, or have an implanted electronic device.

How the site is funded

Some links earn us a commission when you buy, at no extra cost to you. Our affiliate disclosure explains how this works. Commissions never decide whether a device is listed or how it is described.

Corrections

We update guides when devices, prices, specs or research change.
